About Us

Why a Blog?
Welcome to our blog! Our names are Jocelyn Perez and Brittany Hazek. We are currently in a Marketing class called Foundations of Integrated Marketing Communications. For this class our teacher has asked us to create a blog through which we will be able to see the many benefits of proper marketing, and the importance of Google Analytics. When presented with the option to choose whatever we wanted for the blog topic, we thought it would be a fun idea to do a blog full of fun, crazy, and interesting facts, that will keep you coming back for more.

About Jocelyn 
My name is Jocelyn Perez. I am currently a junior hoping to graduate next May with a degree in Integrated Marketing Communications. I am hoping to eventually make my way up to working for Leo Burnett, a huge advertising agency in downtown Chicago. During my free time I like to hang out with friends, listen to music, and learn and play different instruments. I have two pets, a miniature pinscher named Mia, and a painted turtle named Squirt. I love being outdoors and learning interesting things about the world around us.
Random Facts About Me: I love piercings and I currently have 11,  and I have traveled to Mexico over 20 times to visit family.


About Brittany
My name is Brittany Hazek. When I finish school in May 2015, my hope is to become an event planner where I would eventually like to focus solely on wedding planning. To begin that dream, along with attending school, I am helping to plan my mother's second wedding, that is coming up in March 2015. In my spare time I like to sing and listen to music, shoot photography, travel, and explore different wedding ideas that I hope to use in planning future weddings. I also love spending time with my family and the family dog, Wrigley.
Random Facts About Me: I have traveled to Ethiopia and I can touch my nose with my tongue.
