  • People with blue eyes have a higher alcohol tolerance.

  • All the bacteria found in the human body, if collected, would weigh about four pounds.

  • Your heartbeat can change and sometimes it will even start mimic the beat of the music you are listening to.

Disney Parks

      
     Did you know these interesting Disney park facts?

    • Count the Captain Jack Sparrows on The Pirates of the Caribbean. There are usually three. If you see four, you might have actually seen Johnny Depp who sometimes hangs out in the ride in full costume for fun.

    • The Magic Kingdom in Florida is actually built on the second level of the park. The first level is a network of “utilidors” built to allow costumed characters to cross the park unseen by the public. It is also used to transport trash and can be used by ambulances in emergencies. 

    • One of Disney's best kept secrets is that there are hidden Mickeys that can be found all throughout the park. Here are a few...


    • As of 2014, Disneyland has only had three unscheduled closings. The National Day of Mourning following President Kennedy’s death, after the 1994 Northridge Earthquake, and September 11th, 2001.

    • Now that there are Disney Parks in Asia, Europe, and North America, the sun literally never sets on Disney Parks.

    •  94 percent of life on Earth is aquatic. That makes us land-dwellers a very small minority. 

    • The Great Pacific Garbage Patch is a patch in the North Pacific Ocean where all the plastic garbage thrown into the ocean has accumulated and has not yet bio-degraded.

    •  The deepest part of the ocean is known as The Mariana Trench and is approximately 1,580 miles below surface.

    • The Earth’s longest mountain range known as the Mid-Ocean Ridge spreads around the 
       globe from the Arctic Ocean to the Atlantic Ocean. 
       

    Bright blue patch is Great Barrier Reef from Space.
    • The Great Barrier Reef is the largest coral reef on Earth, measuring larger than Britain. It is off the coast of Australia and is so large and vibrant it can be seen from outer space.
